The telephone assessment is booked online
Ephrun will call the number you provide
Google Calendar confirms the selected assessment time and provides appointment messages and any available cancellation or rescheduling options.
A home visit is not booked by this call. Repair suitability, service price, the £40 home call-out, travel charges and any parts are discussed and agreed separately after the assessment.
Before choosing a time
Have a short description ready
Google may ask for the minimum information needed to arrange the call.
- Your name, email address and telephone number.
- Your postcode or area, not a full street address.
- The device type and broad service needed.
- A short description of the problem.
- Never include passwords, payment details, banking information, licence keys or account credentials.
