The prices below cover the repair service. Every home visit also has a £40 call-out fee. Parts are always quoted separately and fitted only after you approve them.
An unsuccessful local visit totals £80 (£40 call-out + £40 diagnosis). Outside the normal service area, the additional travel charge makes this £120.

A clear bill, no surprises
Completed repairs include diagnosis in the service price. If it cannot be repaired, the £40 diagnostic fee applies alongside the call-out fee.
