Printer setup and repair at home

A printer that shows offline, refuses a print job or will not connect can involve the printer, computer, Wi-Fi or software. Testing the equipment together at home helps separate a setup problem from a mechanical fault or consumable issue.

Do you repair broken printer hardware?
The service covers setup and troubleshooting. If testing indicates an internal mechanical fault, Ephrun will explain that rather than claim a repair that cannot be completed.
Can you connect a printer to more than one computer?
Explain the required devices when enquiring. The practical scope and service price will be confirmed before booking.
Are ink and toner included?
No. Consumables and replacement equipment are separate from the £50 service and £40 home call-out.
